Payment - For Large Events, Weddings etc

Payment for these types of events must be settled BEFORE the event date.

50% of the due fees are payable on or very close to the date of booking and full payment must be settled before the date of the event.

This is to protect me from non-payment of bills and I am sure that you understand.

I accept payment via cheque made payable to "Image By Steve" drawn from a UK Bank only at this time. Payment must be made in a timely manner so that enough time is allowed for the funds to clear the bank.

I can now accept payment via pay-pal - Details will be given when payment is required.

Following receipt of deposit I will make up the contract with the agreed details, counter-sign it and return it to you. This constitutes your copy of the contract which, along with my covering letter, confirms your order and booking details.

Without this - there exists no contract and therefore no coverage.

I am sorry if seems somewhat draconian, but in these economic times, I feel that I need to protect myself. And its not meant to upset, it's just to keep this on a business footing. I'm sure that you will understand.

If you are worried about the guarantee of my work, I have P.L. and P.I. insurance.

P.L. = Public Liability
P.I. = Personal Indemnity
